Deron Harrington is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Attorney in the State of Texas. Mr. Harrington provides traditional CPA services through the CPA Firm Harrington, Carbone & Allison, LLP and legal services through the Law Office of Deron R. Harrington.

Mr. Harrington is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He has undertaken additional graduate work in taxation, production operations management, and corporate finance at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Harrington also holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

He has served in various financial and executive roles with Kerr-McGee Corporation, UtiliCorp United, Aquila Inc., Ameren Corporation, and Reliant Energy. Deron also served his country in the U.S. Army both as an enlisted infantry solider and as a commissioned U.S. Army field artillery officer. His active and reserve component service spans over nine years and he is a graduate of the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School ("OCS").

With Mr. Harrington's diverse experience and education, he offers a "big picture" vantage point. "I can bring multiple disciplines to the table to solve many of the issues people face. In particular, people do not have the luxury of making an additional appointment, getting other professionals up to speed on the issues, and then the client left serving as referee to make the solutions offered come together. Many issues/disciplines, especially legal and financial, largely intersect and are critical to solving the client's issues."

While at Oklahoma State, Deron served as President of the Tau Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, an international professional business fraternity and was inducted into Beta Alpha Psi, an international honorary organization for accounting students.

Mr. Harrington is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs, The Houston CPA Society, American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association, South Texas College of Law Alumni Association, the State Bar of Texas, a Lifetime Member of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association, United States District Court - Southern District of Texas, United States Bankruptcy Court - Southern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court.

He is a native of Frederick, Oklahoma and is married to Dede Harrington. They have three children, Natalie, Nicole, and Noah. Mr. Harrington spends the majority of his free time centered around family and friends.
